Only 2 hours drive from Sydney,  Hunter Valley is Australia’s oldest most frequented wine region.   It’s selection of 100 cellar doors serve up their exceptional Semillon,  Chardonnay and Shiraz as well as their up and coming Merlot, Chamboucin and Verdelho.

Hunter Valley is also well known for it gourmet restaurants with reputations built on their expert use of fine quality local produce including Hunter Valley beef,  duck,  game,  cheeses,  olives,  honey and stone fruits.   Aside from being a popular wedding destination,  there are many attractions for visitors to enjoy with the Valley’s world heritage sites,  numerous day spas,  hot air balloon flights,  candlelight dinners and rustic cottage style,  weekend getaways.
